Screw-spring type clip-on earrings set with raw aquamarine stones. A design that is easy to wear every day. The natural, mineral-like expression and transparency bring out individuality while remaining simple. Fittings in a characterful antique gold color are used. Aquamarine is the birthstone for March. Aquamarine is a beryl, the same mineral family as emerald, and, as its name meaning “sea water” suggests, it has a pale, watery blue color. Because its name means “sea water,” it was cherished by sailors as a talisman for calming the sea and ensuring safe voyages. Other beryls include morganite, which contains manganese and is pink; heliodor, which contains iron and is yellow; and colorless goshenite. Its main localities include Brazil, Nigeria, Mozambique, Russia, Afghanistan, India, Madagascar, and Pakistan.
