Shipping policy

All items ship from Japan with tracking, via Japan Post. The shipping method (EMS, Small Packet, or International Parcel) is selected based on the destination country.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 7 days of purchase. Because many pieces are one-of-a-kind or made to order, please allow for this preparation time before shipment.

Shipping rates

We ship worldwide to 155 countries. Shipping is a flat $10 per order, and free on orders of $200 or more. Rates are shown at checkout in your local currency.

Delivery time

Delivery time varies by destination and method. As a rough guide, EMS is typically about 3–7 days, while Small Packet or International Parcel can take about 1–4 weeks. These are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. A tracking number is provided for every order.

Customs duties & import taxes

Prices and shipping do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are set by your local customs authority.

Lost, delayed, or undeliverable orders
